Shipping

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 2pm pacific time, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.

Domestic Shipping Options and Rates

All domestic Caroline Lily orders are shipped via UPS and we offer three different shipping options for delivery within the United States.

Please allow 1 business day after placing your order for processing.
Ground (5 to 7 business days) - Free
2nd Day Air (2 business days) - TBD
Next Day Air (1 business day) - TBD

Tracking Your Order
You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via UPS:
1. Find the UPS tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email that we sent you.
2. Clicking on this tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page on the UPS website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply visit www.ups.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.

Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes several items they may be sent to you as individual orders. If this is the case you will receive an email notification as soon as each individual item is shipped to you. Each email will include the tracking number for that specific order and you will be able to track the progress of each item using the method outlined in Tracking Your Order, above.

International Shipping:
To Caribbean - Standard shipping via Amerijet 5 - 7 business days - $25
All other destinations shipping via DHL - Price to be determined upon purchase
